What the condition grades mean
Like new — fully working, no cracks, no more than light marks, battery health 85% or better.
Good — fully working with normal wear: visible scuffs or light scratches, no cracks.
Fair — fully working but heavily worn, or battery health below 80%.
Cracked — cracked glass, or one clear fault such as a bad battery, camera or Face ID, but it still powers on.
Won’t power on — dead, water-damaged or won’t boot. Most buyers refuse these; we still pay for them.

- Ship it free, or drop it off. We email a prepaid Canada Post label, or you bring it to our Winnipeg store at 301 Nassau St N.
- Get paid. We inspect the device and send your e-Transfer or PayPal payment within 24 hours.
Before you send your iPhone
- Back up to iCloud or your computer.
- Turn off Find My iPhone and sign out of iCloud — an activation-locked phone can’t be paid out.
- Erase All Content and Settings.
- Remove your SIM or eSIM.
- Leave the case and screen protector off; no need to include the charger.

How much is my iPhone worth in Canada?
It depends on the model, storage size and condition. An iPhone 15 128GB in like-new condition is worth $404 today, an iPhone 14 Pro Max 128GB is worth $515, and an iPhone 17 Pro Max 256GB is worth $1,210. Do you buy cracked or broken iPhones?
Yes. We pay for cracked screens, bad batteries, faulty cameras and Face ID faults, and we are one of the few Canadian buyers that still pays for an iPhone that will not power on at all. Both grades are priced in the table above.
How fast do I get paid?
Payment goes out within 24 hours of your device passing inspection, by Interac e-Transfer or PayPal — whichever you pick at checkout.
How long is my quote good for?
14 days. Once you lock a quote, that is the price we honour when your device arrives, even if market prices drop in the meantime.
What does shipping cost?
Nothing. We email a free prepaid Canada Post label; you pack the phone, drop it at any post office or red mailbox, and we cover the postage and the insurance.
Can I drop my iPhone off in person?
Yes, in Winnipeg. Bring it to 301 Nassau St N, Monday to Friday 10 AM–6 PM and Saturday 11 AM–4 PM. No appointment needed, and you can be paid the same day.
Is my data wiped?
Every device is factory-reset and its storage is erased on intake. Sign out of iCloud and turn off Find My before you ship so the phone is not activation-locked.
What if my iPhone is worth less than quoted?
If inspection finds a fault you did not declare, we send a revised offer for you to accept or decline. Decline and we ship the phone back to you free.
